I was looking for a ring for my wife for our 25th wedding anniversary, and through research found EstateBuyers.com and Vivid Diamonds & Jewelry. I called Ari and after a brief conversation I was convinced that this was the path to take. After dealing with Ari, I am know that I made an excellent decision. Ari has integrity(rare today), and will go the extra mile for his clients. After all, how many jewelers do you know that will come by your house after hours to make sure a ring is sized properly? Ari did, on three occasions!! This sums up my experience with Ari and EstateBuyers.com/Vivid Diamonds & Jewelry. Do not go anywhere else.

I purchased my wife’s wedding ring and wedding band from Alon, Co-Owner of Vivid Diamonds. The quality of their work on her ring was nothing short of incredible. 2 years later people still comment on the ring. We are very pleased. What made the experience truly unique was the level of service. This was a big purchase for me and Alon and his team really took their time to explain every aspect of the purchase w/ me and he made sure I was getting the best possible deal. Since then I’ve referred 6 people or more to them and they’ve all raved about the quality of the stones, rings and necklaces they’ve purchased as well as the incredible customer service they provided.

Wonderful experience at EstateBuyers.com and Vivid Diamonds & Jewelry. Alon and Ari were very knowledgeable and friendly. Did not feel rushed or pressured to buy anything. I would not go anywhere else for my jewelry purchases. You will not regret going there. I feel we received great prices on all the pieces we bought.

I had an amazing experience with Alon and his team!! I inherited a ring from a relative and they helped me sell it for the exact price I wanted. They were extremely professional and a true pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend them to anyone needing to buy or sell any jewelry. I was treated like a friend from the moment I came in. It was exactly what I was looking for. the customer service was exceptional and I could not be happier with my new bracelet – I love it!

Absolute Professionals After having dealt with numerous jewelers and jewelry boutiques, I finally hit on Vivid Diamonds and I am so grateful I did. From our very first conversation to the finished product, I couldn’t be more happy with my experience. Ari was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He helped design the perfect engagement ring for my fiancé. No small feat considering I live in New York City and he is based in Florida. He followed up to make sure that everything was perfect. It was. As we were shopping for wedding bands, we decided to go to Ari at Vivid once again. After having designed the engagement ring, he knew our style and delivered the perfect compliment to her ring. We are so lucky to have found Ari and Vivid Diamonds. We feel that we have begun a beautiful jewelry collection with a jeweler who cares. Let me also add that the quality and price of Vivid Diamonds’ products were nonpareil. They also included official documentation for all of the gems and diamonds used. I cannot recommend them enough.

I do not take the time to write reviews very often, but with a purchase as important (and expensive) as an engagement ring, I feel I need to sing the praises of Vivid Diamonds & Jewelry. Without rambling too much, I am like a typical guy that knows nothing about engagement rings (or jewelry as a whole) and felt that my ignorance would likely result in me overpaying for an engagement ring that would ultimately disappoint. I was nervous approaching a purchase of thousands of dollars with knowing so little about the subject, but Alon and Ari made the process far easier than I could ever imagine. They listened to my concerns and talked me through the process. Needless to say, I shopped with other jewelers and the guys at Vivid Diamonds stood apart as the best. The ring I purchased came out perfectly and more importantly my fiance can’t stop raving about her new ring.
These guys made it easy and I paid less than I was expecting! I won’t be buying jewelry from anyone else.

I had a great experience with Alon and everyone at EstateBuyers.com and Vivid Diamonds & Jewelry. From the moment I walk in through the door, they treated me like a friend not a customer. You can tell that they are not a retail establishment, but wholesale. I was never pressured to buy anything, but was given lots of help and suggestions. Alon knows a lot about the jewelry industry. Absolute dream to work with! I provided them with nothing more than a picture of the ring my girlfriend (now fiance) had posted to her facebook page many moons ago, and they created it perfectly! She couldn’t be happier with the result, and as such, I couldn’t be happier with them!
